1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using BYS Social (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

  • This Service is built using the Open Source Social Network (OSSN) platform.

2. Service Users

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

  • You warrant that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete, and you will keep your account information updated.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

  • You are solely responsible for the content (text, images, data, etc.) that you post, upload, link to, or otherwise make available on the Service.

  • You represent that you own your Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize BYS Social to use your Content as contemplated by these Terms.

  • License Grant: You grant BYS Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your Content posted on the Service solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.

  • Intellectual Property: You must not post any Content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on BYS Social:

  • Posting content that is harmful, illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or defamatory.

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • Spamming, phishing, or bulk unsolicited messaging.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, servers, or networks.

  • Impersonating any person or entity.

5. Suspension and Termination

  • BYS Social reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or if your conduct harms the Service or other users.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will lose access to your profile and Content.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. BYS Social makes no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

  • BYS Social is not responsible for Content created or posted by other users. You use the Service and rely on the content of other users at your own risk.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BYS Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to Terms

  • BYS Social reserves the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.

  • By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
